Stress; When is it too much?

I feel like I am constantly stressed about something whether it is work, school, money or something else. I have had multiple people this week tell me I need to destress and take some time for myself. This made me wonder where the line between healthy stress and bad stress is. I feel like I'm not often in distress and most of my stress is eustress, but other people seem to think differently. I wondered if I have experienced any negative consequences of stress before as well and how I could help myself in the future?

After taking some time to reflect I do think I need to drop a few things of my schedule and look at some stress management tips. I say this because even though most of my stressors are not major life stressors but daily hassles that last days at a time. I struggle to get sleep at night because I'm stressed about all the stuff, I need to get done so it's negatively affecting me. I've also slowly seen the General Adaption cycle take place on me and know I need to find a new way to manage stress. My system is currently failing me so I'm tired all the time and struggling to get through the day.
